Aim

This project aims to estimate the anti-tumor and anti-proliferative effect of polysaccharides isolated from different Trichoderma spp. on a highly proliferative human lung cancer cell line A549.

Progress

The team is composed of a set of Microbiology researchers with all the needed knowledge that accelerated the workflow. Practical work started as soon as it was anticipated, PDA media with different concentrations of polysaccharides was prepared. Furthermore, the fungal inoculum was made and is ready for further experiments and identification
