Drug Discovery

From structure prediction to drug design: exploring docking, homology modeling, compound design, and ADMET analysis through bioinformatics and AI-driven approaches

bioinformatics-ms-main-hgif

Bioinformatics - Dry Lab

Participants will build core bioinformatics skills through an introduction to R programming and biostatistics, alongside multi-omics data analysis covering upstream and downstream pipelines. The workshop also focuses on translating computational findings into wet lab experimental design, biomarker validation, and applied biomedical research workflows

micro QC

Clinical Microbiology

Trainees will gain experience in microbial culture techniques, staining methods, pathogen identification, antibiotic susceptibility testing (AST), and the interpretation of clinically important microorganisms associated with infectious diseases and diagnostic microbiology workflows

Basic Molecular Biology Lab Techniques

Trainees will gain practical experience in DNA extraction, quantification, and quality assessment. They will learn the principles of PCR, including reaction components , thermal cycling, and optimization of PCR conditions. Participants will also prepare agarose gel electrophoresis, visualize DNA bands, and interpret molecular biology results through hands-on laboratory applications
