* The full non-refundable registration fees is 800 EGP must be received for a registration to be considered successful and a place reserved for the registrant.

* Strictly no refund request will be entertained but the registrant is allowed to nominate another person to take his place

*Registration using the installment payment program is for one full year ( 12 months). Installments are paid during the first week of each month.

* No request for switching of modules date will be entertained unless on medical grounds, in which case CEB reserves the sole right to approve or reject any such requests.

* CEB reserves the right to conduct the module with a different trainer should the slated trainer be unable to conduct the session. Registrant agrees that the substitution of trainer is insufficient grounds for a refund request.

* The organizers reserve the right to prohibit any registrant from entering the laboratory without wearing his/her lab coat, in their view, considered unacceptable, and in this case the registrant is responsible for the missed work and will not be repeated .
