Investigating the effect of some rare Egyptian plants’ crude extract on human breast carcinoma MCF-7

The aim of this study is to investigate the role of crude extracts of the Egyptian plants in modulating intracellular signaling mechanisms, in particular its ability to inhibit cell proliferation and promote apoptosis in a human breast carcinoma MCF-7 along with the screening of genes associated with apoptosis progression.
